- Home Delivery facility will be available only on Prepaid Orders.
- We follow a ‘’No Claim” policy. All articles are accepted at customers’ risk. We shall not be held responsible for damage to garments that cannot withstand the normal cleaning process. We shall also not be held responsible for damages caused to the garment during processing, which is exposed to continuous sunlight/ age of garments/quality of fabric.
- All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only
- The Laundry Zone reserves the rights to Cancel/Modify/Change the Terms & Conditions at any point in time without any intimation/prior notice.
- Minimum Bill value of 399 Rs. will be charged for FREE home pickup and delivery
- Every effort is made for removal of stains.100% stain removal is not guaranteed and the customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in processing charges.
- Clothes must be collected within seven days of placing the order else wise we will not be responsible for any loss of such orders.
- The Laundry Zone is not responsible for fastness of colour, Colour Touch or shrinkage of garments or any other items like shoes, Bags etc & does not guarantee 100% removal of stains
- Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage Or Shortage reported after delivery.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, flood etc beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes
- Our liability with respect to all claims in respect of lost, losses, damages of any nature whatsoever, or claims expenses from any cause(s), including litigation and advocate.
- Actual Price of the garments or any other item can vary depending upon the size and material or amount of work is involved on the particular product.
- Compensation – If there is any damages during the process The Laundry Zone will be liable to pay 5 times of its washing price or Maximum of Rs.500 On each garments whichever is lower.
- Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pickup your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 100 Rupees as conveyance charges
